Title: what happend to pirates

i think thats the name, it was shown as one of the first games to be released for the gamecube, i remember wanting to get it and it never turned up, it was a sequal to monkey island or something i dont remember, it looked cool. can ne body tell me bout this?

Pirates: Legend of the Black Kat? That got canned on GameCube. PS2 and Xbox ahoy. As for Monkey Island.. Well.. Escape from Monkey Island only appeared on PlayStation 2.

And Lucas Arts announced they won't release any more adventures.

If you want pirates look into Sid Meyer's Pirates! sequel.

They also said they wouldn't be delving into the Extended Universe with their Star Wars games, too, even after Knights of the Old Republic was not only hailed as quite possibly the best Star Wars game yet, but one of the best selling, too, I believe. Lucas Arts is getting really stupid.

I think the creater of Lara Croft didn't even continue the Tomb Raider series because it didn't even improve.  He quit early.  Good or not GCN needs every game it could get.  Why?  It doesn't matter why thats what helps the other systems.
