Title: Anime - Abenobashi

Recently I've been watching Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi (a must see for huge anime fans) and I got to the fifth episode (the dinosaur one - Extinction!). Sadly I didn't get most of the references to the anime so I wasn't laughing as hard as the previous three episodes. Does anyone know where a good deal of the parodies for that episode come from? Holy crap! I just watched 3 episodes of this today (5, 6, and 7). I feel like I'm on drugs. o_O I usually hate anime, but there are 3 shows and 3 shows only that I make an exception for- Kikaider, Fooly Cooly, and Abenobashi (not surprisingly from the same guy who made Fooly Cooly).

Yeah I know, definitely one of my favorite animes. I haven't watched 7 yet, but so far 3 and 4 are my favorite episodes.

7 is actually a very serious episode that explains a lot- no completely pointless and mindless things that make you question your sanity in it.

I finally watched the 7th episode and man was it a downer- i shed a couple of tears. I, too, never get the big breasted hot chick!

Which big breasted hot chick? It explains Mune Mune in the 7th episode, though, which kind of makes the previous six disgusting.

That's why you never over analyze anime and its characters- it grosses you out. I'm taking Bill's approach.
