Hopefully the team that uses Perfect Bird Time as a crowd pop fares better with it than the Dockers did with Wharfie Time in the Grand Final.

It's another week of Switch 2 games that might be familiar, headlined by The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - note you get it 100% off if you bought the Switch version - and a pair of Octopath Travelers that isn't as generous. (They do have a bundle with both games for $75 US or equivalent, which is like getting one for 75% off if thou must.) A late announcement last week also saw the Monolith Productions (not Monolith Soft, they're like a Fire Emblem father - dead) Middle-Earth games get revealed for Switch 2 in case you wanted to see what that hullabaloo was for the Nemesis system.

Smaller titles include the Dynasty Warriors 3 remaster and TOEM 2.

THINGS WE MISSED LAST WEEK: An Archives duo of your favorite dev's favorite shooter Xevious (the 1996 3D/G version) and Karate Champ from an 8-bit console, plus Elland: The Crystal Wars - a Dune GBA game that had to get the serial numbers filed off before it could come out.

IS THE EGGCONSOLE GAME PLAYABLE IN ENGLISH: It looks to be safe since it's a single screen puzzle game.
