I think the ideal way to give more Americans jobs is for vastly overpopulated countries like India, Indonesia, and Bangladesh, to employ strict population controls similar to what China is using. Think about how many times you've seen labels on products that say "Made in China" or "Made in India" and then think about why- the reason, obviously, is because labor is much cheaper in these countries which makes the products produced there MUCH cheaper to make, greatly increasing the profit a company can make. Labor is so much less expensive in these countries because of their vast overpopulation. There are more people than jobs in these countries, which leaves a huge portion of them unemployed. They work for so little because it's really the only job they can get- they're desperate. Because of such cheaper labor, as we all know, companies are flocking places like India, China, and Indonesia to manufacture their products, which in turns takes away jobs from Americans since the product would have otherwise been manufactured here. One solution to this problem is for these overpopulated countries to employ population controls, which will, over time, greatly reduce the amount of people living there. This will greatly reduce the amount of unemployed people, making it less practical to manufacture items in foreign countries given that labor isn't nearly as cheap as before since the unemployed aren't nearly as desperate. Products will again be manufactured in America, giving jobs back to Americans. Obviously this solution in of itself isn't very practical, but in theory it could really help the economy of many countries.

Rather than resorting to population controls, I think maybe gaining some economic independence would be a good idea. Sadly, the best paying jobs in those countries are from U.S. factories. Whether or not this is enought to live is debatable, but U.S. business is helping a lot over there. But your point was joblessness over here, so I suppose you are right, but businesses are just trying to do their duty as a business by maximizing their profits.
So yeah, those countries' economies have essentially become dependent on the U.S. and businesses have become dependent on them. It's a self perpetuating problem unfortunately. I think an ethical route should be found before they resort to executing children after number 2.

Here's how those color codes work. You know about two-digit "base-16" math, right? You have 0 to 9, and then you cram in "A,B,C,D,E, and F", before you go to "10". After "99", you go "A0". Then "B0" and "C0". Until you get up to "FF".
Well, HTML gives you two base-16 digits for each primary color. So "FF0000" is completely red, "00FF00" is completely green (not yellow, it's a TV thing), and "0000FF" is completely blue. You can mix them to your heart's content to create a VAST selection of colors. Mixing all of them ("FFFFFF") makes pure white, not black, since we're talking about tiny light bulbs, not paint.
To see how your color will actually look on PGC, try this.
Type this into a text-file, and then change the extension to ".html".

Then double-click on your newly-created HTML page.
The background color is just my guess as to what PGC is using. And some web-browsers may want you to close some of the tags and stuff. And the font style/size might be off. But it should give you a good idea of what to expect.
Change the extension back to ".txt" and keep adjusting the color-levels.
And remember, if you're wanting the mods to cram a bunch of HTML code into your custom title, there won't be any room left for a big long title.
Edit: And to save yourself some time while refining your color, make the HTML page, like above, and open it with your internet browser. Then open the HTML in notepad (or whatever you're using) too. Make a change in notepad, save it, then hit "refresh" on the browser. Make another change in notepad, save, and hit refresh again. Much faster.

PGC's bizzaro admin tools only lets the avatars have a 40 character limit, but in the the user profile it can be as long as it wants, so err, I don't really know what that is, but that's how it is.

Though, why did it get locked? Did you all get tired of constantly changing titles? Is there a reason users can't change their own titles?

Stratos, there's several ways to get titles. Sometimes you'll just get one, based on a whim, sometimes a thread like this works, and sometimes pestering people works. It can vary based on who you message, how much time they have, and if they like you.

Though it might be better to land at the SeaTac airport since that might score you a non-stop flight. That's the big international airport.
Sometimes when I got there really early to pick up people I would drive around the huge drop off/pick up loop and see how long it took for security to get suspicious. Thankfully they never did take notice.

Maybe we could save money by having you pull the 'skyhook' trick Batman used in Dark Knight to latch on to a passing cargo plane.
Plus you need to pay your own way back. I only make $11.50/hr right now. Though I might have picked up a new gig for a few hours a week at $20. That would speed things up.
