Title: how to clean the GC lens?

Hey im having a slight problem like every other day i play my GC and it says that theres an error. Ive heard the solution to this is to clean that optic lens or something. Do you guys know how to fix it? any help would be greatly appreciated.

I looked there couldnt find any. I posted another thread there but nobody responded so far, so if you know anything please tell me!
