Title: can i play gc on a laptop

i have a problem cause i have laptop pc and i hav wintv video card and i play with a basic aerial connection but the picture quality is quite terrible and i need a better solution. there is also a s-video input on the card but will that help?

So long as it's an S-Video INPUT (and not OUTput), then yes, it'll work. I've never had a laptop, but I would think that the s-video plug would be an output, so that you could hook up the little laptop to a TV (just a guess). Anyway, if you're sure it's an s-video input, all you'd need to do is get an S-Video connection for your GameCube and you can view the video. As for how you'd listen to the audio... you could probably get some sort of converter at Radio Shack (or somewhere) that'll conver the red & white plugs to a headphone jack.
