Title: Animal Crossing Help
Post by: A^^^B^^^C on November 21, 2003, 09:29:16 AM
Is there an easier way to catch fish because my reflexes arent that fast.

And is there a way to catch bees or is that just a myth?

Just work on getting faster with your fishing because there is no "easy" way, and i don't know about the bee thing.

Now my question: What is does a pitfall do? is there a point for it? (it's the white ball with an exclamation point)

Yes, you can catch bees, it just requires a lot of skill (and a little bit of luck). When they're chasing you, simply turn around and swing your net very fast. I've never actually done it myself, but I know it's possible.

The pitfalls are very handy- you can bury them, and then when one of the townspeople steps on that particular spot, they'll fall into a hole and will need your help to get out... for a fee, of course.

I have caught bees.  It's not all that hard.

Yeah I've caught them to and it wasnt that hard for me either, bloodworth.  Except when you're new at this kind of thing it would be hard for you.

And a tip at catching a fish is that they will only peck at the line 5 times.  So you have to count and sometimes when they peck on it but not bite it for 4 times that means that this next one is for real...I hope I explained that well enough for you, A^^^B^^^C.

Well actually i found an easy way for infinite money, its very simple you use the code for tom nook to get 100 turnips but load up on them then wait for tom nook to sell turnips at over 700 per turnip then keep changing the time back to when it opens and it will be that price every day, ive already got 5 million bells $$

He means buying and selling turnips from the turnip lady that comes by on Sundays, I believe. Like I said, sometimes she will pay an insane amount of money for turnips.

Hey I only used the cheat to speed up the game I didnt mean any harm

And catching the same fish all day is very annoying.......Red Snappers.....the other striped one lol i dont remember what hes called but yeah those 2 fish all day and especially Sea Bass i hate those things....cant eat em can barely sell em, worthless fish

And i keep writing letters to all the people in my town but they always reply with "I dont understand your letter!" or something like that even though i wrote it like a normal person would.....how can you make them understand it?

Post by: Mutated on November 25, 2003, 12:46:43 PM
Well it depends...give me and example of what you are writing in the letter?
Title: RE:Animal Crossing Help
Post by: A^^^B^^^C on November 25, 2003, 05:40:06 PM
Umm basically i would put something like this

"Hey whats up? I found this
next to a tree and i didnt really
want it so here ya go!"

then they reply with

"Is this some kind of joke?
Your last letter made no sense!
You made me feel stupid
Thanks alot, sugar."

or something like that, its very annoying

Make sure you use perfect grammar, and that you fill up the entire letter...

I write a little on each line in perfect grammar and then fill up the rest of the page with a whole bunch of different pictures...lol! It works though! And on the first line write Dear "Name" and put their name in parenthesis...it should help a bit just as long as you separate the entire message so there is some words on each line and then put pictures where there are no words...that should work.  If it doesn't then I'm sorry, but it always seems to work for me.

If you bury it, and someone runs over it, they will fall into a hole. It's quite amuzing.

Bury a pitfull in the ground and then push some one on it!! they will fall in it and can't get out for like 2 minutes!! its so awesome!! But they are really hard to find

My conscience carries over even into games...If I had ever pushed a neighbor into a pitfall I would have felt so guilty it's not even funny... ^_^''

I don't suppose someone could enlighten me on how to build a snowman.
I can see snowballs on the ground and the get bigger when you roll them, but how do you actually make a snow man????
Title: RE:Animal Crossing Help
Post by: evil intentions on January 10, 2004, 04:50:51 AM
You roll a snowball until it gets quite big, then you find another one and try to make it smaller than the first, then you push it agaisnst the first snowball and then it will sort of fly on top of the other one. Sorry if that is a bit confusing..

re: catching fish

you don't have to count how many times the fish nips at the line. when the bobber goes under the water, press the a button. you'll get your fish every time, i guarantee.

Post by: evil intentions on March 30, 2004, 01:26:36 PM
I still think that counting is the best way to catch a fish.  I don't think that you have caught every single fish without messing up once.
