Title: 2nd moonstone in Pokemon

Ok, I know that a lunatone is supposed to carry a moonstone every once in a while. According to the nintendo guide it is very rare. Well I've been coveting lunatones forever trying to get another stupid moon stone and I have yet to get one. The covet technique worked like a charm when it came to getting the dragon scale and twisted spoon. The guide says those are supposed to be very rare too, but I got them quickly. Why is it taking so long to get a dumb moon stone? Does covet not steal items if it is "not very effective"?
