2003 is slowly coming to a close, and it was a pretty slow year for GameCube.  But the good games that DID come around were a hella fun!  So this is where you post the top ten games of 2003 (the ones you have played and/or are most anticipating).

Mine aren't in any order, because I couldn't decide what order they should go in :-P

Wind Waker
Viewtiful Joe
Soul Calibur II
Sonic Adventure DX
Rebel Strike

Heres the first one thats in order with pikkcubers review after it, i know the ratings dont make sense but here it is.
1. Mario Kart Double Dash-?
2.Viewtiful Joe- 8.5
3.Wind Waker- 8.5
4.Soul Caliber- 9
5.NCAA 2004- 9
6.Madden 2004-9
7.Mario Party5-?
8.NBA Live 2004-8.5
9.SSX3- ?
10.Demo disk-8

2. Mario Kart: Double Dash!! - will most definitely be in the high 9's...
3. Soul Calibur II - 9.2
4. F-Zero GX - 9.0
5. Viewtiful Joe - 9.0
6. Mario Party 5
7. Ikaruga - 8.5
8. Kirby's Air Ride - 8.5
9. Wario World - 8.5
10. Skies of Arcadia - 8.5

*uber weird grading system!*

edit: oops! 2003!...2004 seems to be much more rounded...Four Swords, Twin Snakes, Pokemon Colosseum, and of course, Tales of Symphonia!  And that's just the first quarter!

of 2003- my top choice would definately be.......................

viewtiful joe- by far the most innovative game to come out and most interesting- it is tons of fun and worth buying a gc for
other notable releases for gc 2003 are:  zelda: wind waker, fzero gx, soul calibur 2, mario golf, mario kart double dash!!, the gameboy player

thats all i can think of right now
but if you count japanese releases too then you must add tales of symphonia and baten kaidos to the mix- 2 great rpgs that i cant wait to see

Correction: I got VJ today, wasn't the first time a release date was moved forward by one day just before release. They even gave me a VJ t-shirt!

I'm going to wait until December before I start cranking out lists like this.  There's no point putting Mario Kart on a best of list when I haven't even played it yet.  Plus I think everyone should mention what region their list represents since many titles that came out in Europe this year aren't considered 2003 titles in the eyes of North Americans.

I haven't gotten a chance to play it yet, but I can't believe I ignored it.  Throw it in there, and replace X (X being whichever game you hate the most on my list).
