Title: Damn UbiSoft to Hell!

Those bastards are only releasing the Prince of Persia bonus disc for the PS2.

Man, I am so ticked off. I KNOW the said they were releasing it on all platforms a week ago.

I was upset at first too, but then I realized it was probably a hell of a lot cheaper to make a bonus disc for the PS2 than the GC. Heck, the demo was probably small enough for them to use a cheapie CD-ROM disc.

Then their is a question on what is on the bonus disk. If it just stuff for Prince of Pursia then I can be a little irratated. But if they included other stuff (like preview of games etc.) which would almost all be PS2 I can see why Ubi whould do it.

Stupid anyway you look at it.  If the game is multi-platform then their should be a demo disk for each of the three systems, or none at all.

The bonus disc has PoP Demo(don't give a crap), but it also comes with the original(number one, I guess) Prince of Persia.

Well, I would guess that Sony paid Ubi off... so... Damn them both!


Oh well... I wanted to wait for reviews on this anyway. Maybe I'll be thanking them once the game comes out

Let's put it this way: PoP:SoT  ("pop sot," now doesn't that sound dumb?) may make up for what Mario Sunshine lacked in "new" platforming mechanics.

Or do people just don't like platforming anymore?  Sheesh.

From what I've seen of the new PoP, I couldn't really care what the hell they do with that 'game'. THEY HAVE DESTROYED IT.

What's with all the Ubi Soft bashing? If they canceled Pandora or Prince of Persia that would not rock! But Ubi Soft has given the GameCube a lot of support. They also are better at porting than EA.

I'm not bashing them, I just think it sucks they took out the pre-order bonus for everyone but PS2. We Nintendo guys would sooner appreciate the original PoP.

I played a demo of PoP: TSoT.  I must say I will not be buying the game.  You can't jump while running, you roll.  The only time you can jump while running is when you are running up to a legde  There are too many buttons you have to press, R1 to run on wall, L1 to use you dagger to hang on walls.  I just wasn't impressed at all.  I'd rather play Mario Sunshine and I despise that game.

Wel, i was never interested in popsot because have made a vow never to buy a third party game as long as I live. GC exclusives are the only things worth my money.  I should sell my other games.
