I started reading PGC in late 2001 cause i found a link from a VERY old Nintendo site called Tendo Box. Remember them? They were my equivelant to IGN64 and IGNCube. They had kick ass editorials and features. I really miss them. For us Aussies, a familiar name comes up, in that Stephen Farrelly worked there and then became the editor of N64 Gamer. I saw his name pop up on a 'new' site called Planet Gamecube, so that's how i got here.
I didn't join the forums till around October or November last year, i dont remember.
I was Termin8Anakin, and I am still Termin8Anakin.
Hahaha.
How times have changed.
I only knew guys like Mario and Infernal cause they posted a lot and actually replied to some of my posts. I didnt know they (and heapsof other guys) were Aussie till the old Aussie Thread was set up (by Mario? I don't remember). And that's how we all came about.
Man, I feel old.

Anyway I joined a few days after they switched from Planet N2000 to Planet Gamecube. I remember I f*cked up entering my email address in the registration and had to email Rick to send me my password. What a great first impression that was.
My fondest memories of the forum were back before E3 2001 when no Gamecube games had been officially announced and as a result massive speculation would result from even the smallest insignificant newspost. I remember the huge Zelda thread discussing what everyone wanted in the next Zelda game. Boy did things not turn out how we had planned.
I remember the day that scans of a magazine with exclusive Rogue Leader photos hit the net and the excitement that resulted. This was back when no games have even been officially announced mind you. It's actually rather disappointing to see the Gamecube now since it is nowhere near as amazing as we thought it could be back then. Sadly the N5 will probably share a similar fate. No console could ever reach the standard that its hardcore fans hype it up to be.It's nice to see that I'm on the "cool list". Only on the internet would anyone think I'm cool.

Anyway, I have a tendancy to take things WAY too seriously. ex. OMG, he asked HIM for an extra pencil and not me! (not a true story, but an incredible simulation, besides, I don't have any extra pencils).
