Probably. I'd prefer to just not even mention anything about him here. The mass coverage of the man and his every move has taken over so many other websites and entertainment shows. Unless he's doing something that impacts Nintendo and video games, I'd prefer we keep things here as a bit of an oasis from the Trump circus.

I dunno, I heard that talking about Trump is good for ratings. We gotta beat discord somehow. ;)

I've come up with a plan to save the forums and strike ratings gold. We're going to have Pokepal148 jump the Grand Canyon while blindfolded, on fire and riding a rusty 67 Chevy pick-up truck. Everyone loves a good stunt. Especially when that stunt goes wrong. That keeps people talking about it for days.

people have had an ill opinion about the man well before his presidency. I wouldn't call it political.
Check out this thread on the apprentice http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/forums/index.php?topic=8717.msg108576#msg108576
I watched one episode of the Apprentice, the finale and it was really good.
of course that doesn't take my hatred away from Trump, the egomaniac of the world, who spends 250 million just to renovate for building a golf course with his name on it, while millions of children starve to death everyday.
he flies around in his personal helicopter with his name displayed all over it, and thinks he's a good guy because he donated 25,000 to charity, a charity which of course had his name at the beginning of it.
it just makes me sick that people worship the ground he walks on when he is one of the worst people in the world.
this was in 2004, 13 years ago.

I think it's more in the "why" when you're calling Trump an idiot.
For instance, if you want to call him an idiot for staring into the eclipse without eye protection, that's non-political. That's just safety.
However, if you want to call him an idiot for thinking he can pass tax reform before the end of the fiscal year, then that would be political.
