Post by: Soren on January 13, 2017, 02:35:31 AM
Because we still don't have F-Zero, FAST RMX is coming to Switch.

Loved Fast Racing NEO, just wish I could convince people to play it with me. I guess I'll have to brush up on my NEO before I transition to RMX

With this game probably having the same announcer as NEO (who was the announcer from GX, I believe?), do we really need F-Zero? Sure, it would give the game a bit more personality, but whatever...

I think that would imply that the only thing that made F-Zero GX great was the announcer(I know that's not what you mean). I like FAST Racing Neo but it's still not a full worthwhile replacement for a proper F-Zero game.

Dan Bloodworth reports that the game will either come out "at launch or as close as possible." This is very good news for the launch lineup.

The game looks so much better on Switch than Wii U. I really commend Shin'en because they really knocked it out with this one. I hope it sells really well.

Also, the screenshot feature is really quick and unobtrusive. Check this out.

I wish the capture button protruded a little. Right now I have to feel around the controller really quickly to find the button to get the shot I want. It's not an issue for a still shot, but I want a shot that needs timing, this gets annoying.

I am really suprised how much better this looks than the Wii U version. All the details are crisper and the backgrounds really pop. It feels like the field of view is bigger, but I don't think it is.

If you really want to be surprised and just incredibly impressed, get a friend, put your switch up on a kitchen table, and try the SPLIT SCREEN MULTIPLAYER.

Ridiculous.   No noticeable lag, beautiful, split screen.
