The Pokémon Company will be selling some special merch to go with Pokémon Sun and Moon this fall.

A special Z-Ring, modeled after the one used in the games, was put up for preorder at GameStop and Amazon, among other locations, yesterday. Worn on the wrist, the band will use some method of wireless communication to light up and vibrate when the Z Move is used in game. The base unit will come with three colors, and packs of three colors will be sold separately.

Following Monday's trailer, the next trailer will release on August 12 at 10:00 JST (August 11, 8:00pm Eastern).

Seems quite superfluous, which means it will sell out and be impossible to get.

Will you need this to perform Z-moves? Or is it a novel thing.
If it's a necessity then there's gonna be a very angry Lucario here.
