Calling someone a site investor implies there's potential to make a profit on NWR. I think the word you're looking for is "donor".

Coincidently, my bank contacted me this morning regarding a potential fraud issue. My debit card had been used on some foreign escort service. For $35.
I'm not sure what kind of hookers you get for $35, but I don't imagine it's worth it. The take-home souvenirs can't be good.
