Exactly. Babelfish translates all your Australian jargon into proper 'merica speak so I don't have to know or learn it.
However, it should be pointed out that there is the rare occasion where you might want to use a search engine other than AltaVista. I'm talking, of course, about when you want the answer to a question so you go to Ask Jeeves and type it in.

In a note of seriousness, bing does have a rewards system that pays you up to a certain amount per month for using its stupid search function. Worth using until you reach the monthly limit, at least.

I just want to point out that Australia is a lot safer then America! ( apart from disappearing in the desert watch wolf creek THAT is some scary ****) and if America adopts the same laws that Australia has had for gun laws years there would be a tenth of the guns shooting every man for himself borderlands style shooting the **** out of each other.
