Title: Where's Wonderboy?
Post by: CHEN on July 03, 2003, 01:54:43 PM
I remember when I was a little boy I got really excited when my nephew came over, because I could play his Megadrive. It was kind of vague back then, can't remember it that well, but I played games like Sonic, Ghouls and Ghosts (man that was hard), James Pond, Mortal Kombat and Wonderboy. Wonderboy was a sidescrolling adventure-rpg game if I can recall right with different levels, enemies and weapons to equip. I wasn't that great with games back then (hell, Ghouls and Ghosts made me piss my pants) and I thought it was very addicting and fun. I haven't played it for like ten years or so. So where is Wonderboy anyhow? And was it actually a good game? Lots of old games are making a comeback on the GBA with revamped games. I could see some old classics do that (and I'm not talking about mere ports). What do you think/thought of Wonderboy and do you see some classic games making a comeback (Mother comes to mind)?

RPG? Uh, is that missing in the C64 port?
