Next you're going to tell me that the New 3DS XL doesn't include a charger but it's required to be able to use it for more than 9 hours. Nonsense.

to be fair, maybe they thought it used mobile data like a cell phone or, nope just a total idiot here sorry even I can't defend that dumb ass.
