Renegade Kid hopes you’re ready for some retro 2D exploration and shooting with their new title.

Xeodrifter, the latest title from Renegade Kid, is heading to the Nintendo 3DS eShop in North America on December 11 for $9.99. The game, which is being touted as a 2D retro shooter with exploration elements, puts players in control of a space traveler who is on a simple exploration mission when his ship is damaged by an asteroid. The traveler is forced to search nearby planets for the materials needed to fix his ship. Throughout the adventure, players can gain various upgrades, fight epic bosses and try to find secrets scattered throughout the areas.
There is currently no release date for Xeodrifter outside of North America.
