Title: Are there any good in-person NBA Jam tournaments?

Hey everyone, first time post.
I love playing my old NBA Jam SNES game with my friends, but they have little time/availability now with moving away or getting married. I know I can play people online with emulators, but its just not the same as competing heads up with a real console and TV.
I found a few in-person NBA Jam tournaments, and they are both in Texas. Still looks fun though.
