Apparently a photo was taken from Nintendo's upcoming E3 2014 booth regarding a new game allowing players to perhaps create their own levels.
I didn't see any threads on this yet, so I made one.

I'd definitely be interested in this, if it's an actual game. As long as they have a good way to sort through the user-made content, assumedly through a ratings system.

This is awesome! This could be the best announcement at E3!! I've always had a lot of ideas for designing my own Mario game but never had the technical know-how to create the programming to do so. I could see myself spending years on this software developing some AAA stuff. Who knows? Maybe Nintendo will be watching the content to look for people making some clever levels and this could be my entry into the world of videogame development. Bring it!!!

At this point, the whole forums is the Funhouse, and the Funhouse is the Super Funhouse. And Hardware/WiFi Support is the Secret Underground Funhouse.

What staff only forum? I don't know what you're talking about. We totally don't have a section of the forums where relentlessly mock the people who frequent this site in which they don't have any way of defending themselves.

No, no. This topic regards the rumor about Mario Maker.
It was a joke...
Anyways, I'm really excited about this rumor. I have Mario Builder on my PC, and I loved making levels in the Mario vs DK games, so this is right up my alley.
But people on NeoGAF have doubted the picture's authenticity since it's in the same section as the Smash Bros. demo station. However, a staff member from Polygon tweeted that he allegedly saw the poster himself (he's supposedly at the LA Convention Center).
