It’s another slow week here in Japan, which when compared to the releases in the West is a smorgasbord. Pokémon Battle Trozei looks to fill the the hearts and handhelds of Nintendo fans out there this week. While I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet, it appears to be Puzzle and Dragons-like, so with a brand like Pokémon and the addictive quality of Puzudora, Trozei will probably be a good time. Other than some more downloadable manga and Arc System Works’ Okiraku series, the Virtual Console has some solid entries on the Wii U. The release of the Super Famicom version of Tactics Ogre is enough to make RFN’s James Jones shed a tear while Bonk’s Revenge (TG16) looks enjoyable if you’re into platformers.
