Title: Important ? On Demo Disc

Okay, I am not usre if this has been talked bout yet or not but I was wonderin if anyone has gotten this sucker for free. I know it isn't expensive but I am a cheap ass. So if any of U have picked it up 4 free could you let me know where. If I can't get it 4 free I am gonna have 2 hope Nin. Power puts it in their mag.

Just pay the $10.    Just be glad that you can buy it at all.

I am currently starving to death because I bought the damn disc, and I have no regrets.  If I could cough up the money that would have bought me food, I am sure that you can.  (Seriously... I am living on LESS than $1 a day at the moment)

Yeah, don't wait on dishing out the $10 on it.  I stopped by Best Buy two days ago, which by the way is the same place I bought mine for $10 a couple weeks ago, and they were now selling it for $39.95!!!  How ridiculous is that?  So, yeah, moral: don't complain about a measely $10.

i feel like i should give Grey Ninja money for being so cool in chosing demo disc over food next time im in canada (prolly around 2040 ;P) ill take you out to dinner

Hey Kennb27,

  I saw that the other day too.  Pretty stupid how they're selling it for 40 bucks these days.  I think they may have put it out as a result of my call into Best Buy, but I'm not sure.  The day I got the demo disc, I called the morning it was supposed to be out, and the guy on the phone was like, "It's not supposed to be on the shelves until Thursday."  And I was like, "Well, it is Thursday."  And he said, "Ohh, then we do have it."  The whole thing was hilarious, but at least I got my demo disc.

   I think Best Buy sometimes fails to follow the rules on promotional deals.  I remember seeing the Ocarina of Time/Master Quest disc out in Best Buy for $14.99 even before the date is was supposed to be released to only those who had pre-ordered!  I hope Nintendo doesn't catch onto these kinds of mishaps by Best Buy.  It's nice to get things at a better deal than you should, especially when Nintendo's going to jack up the price of the demo disc to $40.

Really? 40 bucks a pop? That is ludacris! And no I can't buy it even at 10 bucks cuz I am only 16 and haven't been able to find a job yet. I can't go ask "Mom" (I like to refer to her as "the evil one") for money cuz she is afraid I will go and buy cigarettes with the money she gives me. (I probably would :>) So I am basically screwed then right?

yeh...nuttin like a good old cigarette....oh if you buy a gamecube nowadays, u can get it for free. show them a recipt and change the date, they will give it to u for free....im so good

Cheap ass, quit smoking and save hundreds of dollars. Just a thought.
