Nintendo Pocket Football Club, a first-party sports management sim, has been announced for release on the European 3DS eShop next year.
Released as a Japan-only download in 2012 under the title of Pocket Soccer League: Calciobit, the game asks you to customise and manage their own football team, by selecting team tactics and formations, buying and selling players on the transfer market, and conducting training sessions. The actual football games do not involve interaction from the player - rather, you must adapt your match strategy to affect how your team performs.
The title features a full suite of single-player content and multiplayer options for both local and online matches. Nintendo Pocket Football Club is scheduled to launch in Europe in 2014.
