Someone once asked me, if there was a really smart Asian girl, who loved anime, Star Wars, all things ninja, was very smart and funny, and liked to wear schoolgirl uniforms... wanted me. But there was one problem. She was also a MS fangirl. I was asked what I would do in that situation.
I responded after thinking for less than half a second. I would tell her to get lost.

For a game... you would probably know better than us. But I think that the GBA would be a perfect "gateway drug" for a planned Nintendo invasion on her.
If you do get her a GBA, then you would have to make sure to buy Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles the minute it came out, and have her over for long play sessions.Anyways, so says this guy who is a 21 year old virgin. (and would appreciate it if this was never mentioned again.)

I relate to you Bartman. I do have this thing with really cute girls that I like. It basicaly involes my brain de-evoling by 100,000 years. Either that or I start grinning like a Chester Cat.
Laughter is one of the human responses to fear. If you do have a GBA yourself, yes by all means give her a GBAsp. Going the extra mile for a GCN maybe over-kill and it may seem like you are pushing it.

I guess I am just picky. I figure that someone who actually likes an Xbox probably has lack of judgement in other areas too. As far as games, just let her play Animal Crossing on your Cube. That way she's over at your house, you're teaching her how to play, the two of you can be (physically) close, etc. Getting her a GBA and a game seems to be a bit much, but i don't know the situation and just how deep your relationship is with her.

You left out "...was at least moderately attractive." But you're kidding, right? After you two start dating, you'll have plenty of time to play GC games with her. i can't see her not liking anything on the Cube. And if not, it's not like she kills kittens for a hobby. i'm a vegetarian and i've never once dated a girl who didn't eat meat.

I'd like to get her an SP, but I'm jobless and none of the game stores have any used SP's. Besides, my dad didnt go through with the idea, but I thought I saw a used regular GBA for $30 and Golden Sun for $20. My friend liked the idea, since she's not big on gaming but she likes to read good stories, and that I heard Golden Sun had a great story, I put 2+2...then I got 4 and thought to get her a used GBA with a new copy of Golden Sun. But since my dad wont go through with it, I'll just get a job next year or something to raise the money to get it. I better hurry up with Golden Sun though, these stores are freaky.
And yeah, now that I think about it, the whole PS2 thing is pretty stupid. Even though her family is much wealthier than mine, the possibility is there, especially with that Kingdom Hearts thing. Just the whole Disney thing is probably going to get her parents to think? "Hey....Disney...now that cant be too bad right?" Oh well, I guess she's getting enough this year. My dad got a bunch of comic books from his collection for her and we're trying to get a stuffed animal (Even though I'm not too big on gifts like that, not saying its for kids, its just that these things are very basic)

I don't remember my dreams very often, at least not past the first hour in the morning, so that kind of sucks. But all of my dreams are very cool and wierd, so it's a pleasant surprise when I remember one.
The other day I was sort of half asleep, and I could actually see everything that was around me, but at the same time I was having these images float through my head that I couldn't control. It started with slugs and salt, but it developped to a point where it was dogs that got body parts shrunk (paws, head, tail, and eventually genetalia) by touching this big crystal. Twas wierd. But I've had much wierder.
