was that for everybody? or did it just affect australia because of some DNS issues?

That was everybody unfortunately. Server troubles that no one could figure out for a while. I'm sure will have a better explanation.

There still seem to be a few issues. :-( The new server seems to be down most of the time. When the server is up, it seems to be rejecting most of my connection attempts. Could it be that some maximum clients/connections variable is set too low on the new server?
EDIT: Funnily enough, immediately after I posted this, the problem seems to have gone.

The one thing I liked about the old forums was that when PGC was down they didn't go down with it.
