Luigi's Mansion gets the 3D puzzle panel treatment.

Nintendo have added a new Puzzle Swap panel in the United States, featuring artwork from Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.

The puzzle consists of 40 pieces with 8 of them being the pink variety only available through StreetPass trading. As with all new puzzle additions, those with a Wi-Fi connection will receive one piece for free to start off their collection.

Be sure to have your SpotPass notifications turned on if you want the freebie.

Dear Nintendo: Have Mercy, man.  I got 50+ StreetPasses yesterday and not a single person had the pink/purple pieces from the Luigi puzzle (although, to be fair, not everyone had the Luigi Puzzle yet - I did turn my personal Nintendo Zone on other folks would get that update pushed to them).

Idea: 3DS Ambassadors always get a pink/purple piece to start off with. :D

It stinks living in a small place where barely anybody has a 3DS.  I barely ever get any street passes.  Almost all my puzzles are finished but the pink panels.

Same here. Every time we get a new puzzle, it kills my interest a little bit further since there is no chance I'll be able to get all the pink pieces.

Completed the blue portion of the puzzle, and the special visitor today let me get two pinks for it as well.

The special visitor means I'm probably going to finish the last puzzles in early April.

I loved the special visitor, including having every puzzle piece to choose from (I picked the last pink piece i needed to complete the Rhythm Heaven Fever puzzle). Unfortunately, his lv. 5 Mii got wasted in Find Mii because I was up to Mirage Tower Lv. 3 and had not white Mii to light up the room.

Best idea, or bestest idea?

Only best idea, because in the West there aren't enough Ambassadors to go around. Pink puzzle pieces for EVERYBODY!

i have been stuck in a poison room for weeks hoping for two yellow shirts to show up, your case is not that bad

Its much easier to get a 2 Miis with yellow shirts than even 1 Mii with a white shirt

unless you need a yellow shirt then the white shirts seem to have a party

If your in find mii 2 where you can hire heroes, find a friend who can pass off some helper miis for cheap labor.
