Title: The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct Coming to Wii U this March

Not to be confused with Telltale Games' The Walking Dead.

The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct is set for a release this March on Wii U.

Unlike Telltale's episodic The Walking Dead, Survival Instinct is a first-person action game focused on surviving the Zombie apocalypse. The game takes place in the Television series' timeline before the events of the first episode and not in the world of the comic book series as Telltale's game did. The game follows familiar faces Daryl and Meryl Dixon on their walker-infested journey to Atlanta.

The Wii U version became a reality halfway into the development of the game. Producer Glen Gamble says the Wii U version has a "streamlined" inventory with an always-available backpack.

The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct will releases in Europe on March 29, no date has been announced for North America.

That makes it a second Wii U game with Micheal Rooker.

I've seen some videos of this game and I don't know if it was early footage but it looked like a early launch xbox 360 release.  I'll see if I can find the video.  Its almost laughable.

If you ever want to see the level of contempt Activision has for anyone even considering buying this game, just check out the Official Trailer for it. All 19 seconds of it. With no Gameplay Footage Whatsoever. But hey! You can Preorder it now and get it in 2 months! What could possibly go wrong?!
