Title: wii u gamepad camera

I can find no means to actually use the camera on this device except while creating a mii.  Is that what everyone else has found to be the case?

Yeah it works there.  I was expecting to find an application like photo gallery or something like that is all.

It's used in some Nintendo Land mini games, like that ridiculously hard dance game

You can zombify your face in ZombiU, which is neat... for about 5 minutes.

Yeah that caught me by surprise when I was playing the F-Zero attraction. I decided to try playing while looking at the screen and noticed my face. I planned on staying in and playing so I was in slob mode, not the most attractive thing to see suddenly on my big screen haha

Gonna have to make sure I look presentable whenever I'm playing now just in case that happens in an online game without me knowing, or i accidentally accept a video call I'm not prepared for :/

I wonder if we will see a camera app in the eshop sometime soon. I want a drawing app too.
