According to an EPL Talk interview with Pro Evolution Soccer brand manager Tim Blair, Konami is still looking into bringing PES to the Wii U.
When asked if Wii U and PlayStation Vita owners could expect a version for their respective systems this year, Blair responded with the following statement:
"At the time we don't plan to make PES for the Wii U or the PS Vita. This does not mean we never will. We are still exploring these exciting platforms to make a successful game that takes advantage of these platforms''
Pro Soccer Evolution 2013 will release on the Wii and Nintendo 3DS across all the territories later this year.

Bahahahahahahahahaha... sure. Of course it is. I would say both of them have their flaws, and neither is totally better than the other.

If it were five years ago that would be true, but FIFA has improved dramatically in recent years and Pro Evo has declined. Pro Evo is missing a lot of licenses, and doesn't have the breadth of game modes that FIFA has.
