Nothing, really, for me.  Just about every game I cared about from this holiday season has been delayed to Q1 2013.  I have Dishonored pre-ordered, and I may still pick up Paper Mario: Sticker Star, but that's probably it for me in the retail space.  I'm interested in Assassin's Creed 3, but I still need to finish Revelations and I can wait until AC3 gets a price drop.  Resident Evil 6 looks less interesting with each time Capcom shows it.  I have had little interest in PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale since I played the Beta.  I don't want a Wii U until it gets games I would actually want to play on the thing.

I'll be picking up Madden, NHL and FIFA in the next month, possibly for multiple systems in the case of the first and the last, because I am the problem with sports games. After that I'll grab Paper Mario, Epic Mickey 3DS and maybe one or two other 3DS games, depending on reviews. I'll probably buy the new Need For Speed game for Vita.

Really, though, most of my money is going toward the Wii U. There will most likely be more games for that system this holiday that I want than I can afford, but I'll definitely get Pikmin, Zombi U, Nintendo Land and Assassin's Creed, and most likely several more.

True. It is all about priorities. I for instance no longer eat food.
 
Joking aside, the only game I'll be picking up this Fall is Sticker Star. For my tastes 2012 has been the worst year for games in quite a while. I'd have to go all the way back to the N64 to find of a time when I had less to play.

Yeah... I'm not planning on picking up any new retail games this holiday season. On the digital side, Fluidity Spin Cycle is a probable buy and Unchained Blades is a maybe.  Kind of disappointing until I see how overwhelming my backlog is. At this point, I'd rather be playing games than buying new ones.

I am still looking for the following Wii games to round out my collection, and might grab one or two if there is an good sale:

I'll eventually pick up Assassin's Creed 3 and Resident Evil 6.  Everything else can either wait for a price drop or it's been pushed back to 2013.  This is very reminiscent of holiday 2010 where everything was pushed to Q1 2011.

I'm looking forward to Paper Mario, my maybe pile is Layton, Mickey, Unchained Blades and Fluidity.


On the Vita I'm keen to see how COD and AC3 turn out, but they are also maybes.
 
I'd love to be pre ordering a Wii U with Mario, Pikmin and/or Arkham City but I'm not going to have the cash this year. It'll do me good to save up for a while and play my back log.

I'm really waiting to see what super cheap deals Amazon and other stores come up with.  I usually end up buying 6 or 7 games I never thought I'd get but couldn't pass up for the price.
