Title: Need someone for very basic video editing ASAP
Post by: UncleBob on March 03, 2012, 02:07:57 AM
I have an MP3 that I'd like played over a still photo. During the intro and the close of the video, I'd like a few lines of text to pop on onto the video (like music video credits).
Is there someone who can have this done for me tonight?

I just remembered that I do know how to do that.
Windows Movie Maker will allow me to make that in a few minutes I think. It's pretty easy I believe. Program is pretty straight forward.
Do you have Windows Movie Maker on your computer? I would offer to do it right now, but I have to get to sleep soon otherwise I won't make it through tomorrow.

Sorry for not getting back to you UncleBob. I was away from the forums and when I checked the forums I saw you PM. Haven't done any video editing before so I don't know the specifics. You think I would of considering all the mashups of videos I have been watching that is more difficult then this I would know more but I don't.

Windows Movie Maker (or iMovie if you're that kind of a guy) should do well enough for what you want. You won't notice the sever limitations of either program until you try to do a little more than slideshows. :P

Didn't even know I had this software on my computer.
Messing around with it, I got everything to work - except... anyone know how to change the location of the "credits"? Right now, they're in the middle, right of the image. I want to move them to the bottom corner...
