This game generated one of the press releases I've made jokes about to other staff members.

It was beaten today by Blackwater the Game for Kinect.

Yeah...THAT Blackwater.

LOL It's made for Kinect? So what do you, hold out your hand as money is being placed in it?

I didn't believe you Crimm, so I looked it up. It exists and it cannot be unseen. Click here (http://www.cinemablend.com/games/Blackwater-Video-Game-Now-Available-Xbox-360-Kinect-36364.html) to add it to the list of things the internet has violated you with.

It has graphics on par with the Dreamcast. It has Time crisis gameplay, with out any of the finesse or accuracy. Series of 25 moves that is a spastic version of the Haka. And it's fucking Blackwater.

Who thought that was a good idea. I will believe they "Helped" people when everyone of those fucks gets shot out of a cannon into a wall made of German bunker material. I wouldn't give a **** if you were the janitor.

Quote
“We didn’t want to create a Blackwater simulator, but a Blackwater game”, the representative from Zombie Studios

To make it a game you have to remove all the war Crimes, child prostitution, war profiteering, civil rights violations, the list goes on. Still doesn't remove the fact you would be supporting those shitheels by buying this game. This would be the only game I would ever advocate someone stealing a physical copy from the store.

Insult to injury, it isn't even a good game. I can't take anyone seriously that thinks this is a good game even without Blackwater.

It was mentioned on one of the podcasts, but why would the game use the Blackwater name when the company changed its name to Xe a few years ago?
Title: Re: Pet Zombies (Secret Blackwater thread)

You had to find the one random thread it was mentioned in....

The ex-founder of Blackwater Erik Prince still owns the naming rights, who for some reason didn't think his **** didn't stink personally commissioned the game. Either the guy was naive as a new born or his ego so large he though he could white wash his own history. If you have any thought otherwise it's the latter. The man thinks he can create an entirely new genere in videogames by calling this an FPX for "First Person Experience (http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/7.289912-Blackwater-Brings-Real-Life-PMC-Action-to-Kinect)". Welcome to 1995 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_Crisis).

As controversial as Six Days in Fallujah is, at least those guys were trying to tell a real story as fucked up as it might have been.
