I'm not sure what this is about, but it's making fun of Lindy so I'll allow it.
NintendoLife has it's own section on the eShop with their recommendations on what games to download. Nintendo clearly doesn't value the opinion of former Nintendo fan Jon Lindemann.

Are we still trotting out that old "serious gamer" remark to troll Lindy? I mean, I'm fine with making jokes about him being bald and elderly and Canadian and a Cho Aniki fanboy, but if that's the best you've got I'm going to have to ask you to step up your game or cut it out.
Also, I never noticed NintendoLife's recommendations, but that may be because it's nearly impossible to find anything on the eShop even when you're actively looking for it.
