Results: Mop it up was voted out of the game. She was Deadshot, a member of the Earth Mafia. Toruresu was killed by the Joker. He was a normal townie. The Earth Mafia attempted a hit, but the hit failed. There are 16 players left. 8 normal townies remain.
Auction Results: The Blue Ring was bought for 5 points. The Indigo Ring was purchased for 0 points.
The rings will remain in the inventory of the winning inventories until they are used. Items carried can not be transferred to other players.
This thread will not be open until a few more administrative adjustments have been made, but this information is available to you now.

There are two items on today's auction block. One is new, one is familiar. All other items are the same, and can be found in the shop thread. (http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/forums/index.php?topic=33512.0)
Blue Ring - Allows a player three times the voting power on one day, but sacrifices this player's vote the following day. Only one is available today.
Orange Ring - Doubles all points a player receives. Permanent, one-time only item. The orange ring will double bonus points and points from killing or voting out other players.
The Justice League is an item that costs all three players that join nine points, individually. The total cost of joining the justice league is 27 points, but each individual will have to pay nine. In addition, the identities of other members will only be revealed upon the third player buying his or her way into the league.
Remember, each player is worth a secret, specified amount of points based on his or her role. When voted out, each vote garners an equal share of the points for a player's death. Players retain their running point total in death, but may not utilize their points in any way unless they return from the grave.
There are currently three public bonus ways to earn points and seven secret ways to earn points. One new public and one new secret method was added today.

It may be a little early but I didn't see the 3rd public way of getting points in the shop thread. Nevermind it looks like you once again added it the the shop thread after my post.
As for the results I'm happy that Deadshot is gone. Also if I'm not mistaken I think Mop it up sent in the hit since there was no hit from the Earth Mafia. As for my vote I'm going to look over the Day 1 thread again.Maybe something will be there.

I think that would be a bad idea Unclebob. I'm trying to help the townies out and you want to get me out of the game. I have you know that I was in contact with Toru and I think Joker noticed us talking and sent in a kill to try to put the blame on me for the death.

Oh I don't know maybe I mentioned it to a few people and there is the Whos Online page. It can be easy to figure things out that way.

You may have sent messages to people about speaking to him, but unless you want to name names, I'm not sure what you want me to do with that information...

As a moderator, I can still reply to locked threads, so the reply went through, so I went back in and edited the post to remove the vote - but left the post (which I could have deleted) because I wanted to be honest.

Yeah, I realise you were literally too late to place*. It sill doesn't change the fact you were trying to stage a last minute attempt to save Mop and trying to justify it as we were "likely (going) to kill a townie (or a hero)". I think part of the problem is that in this game we can share points. What I mean is that while we can share points I don't think many people would want to share their points with others aside from the Mafia which would have an advantage since they know each other. So for the townies to have a chance if we are unwilling to pool points is to get rid of the double points mafia members.Which means we are going to have to get the right members gone first. Thankfully one of them is gone already.
If anybody wants to pool points let me know.

Yeah something like that. You take a jackhammer to the wall to kind of get some cracks going and soften it up some. Then take a runing start at it and... POW... right through wall. Sure it takes a little bit of set up to make a dramatic entrance, but some of us don't have those fancy "cereal box decoder rings".

My voting for you is less about Maxi, and more about you striving to save a known mafia memeber at the last minute. However noble your intentions may have been, you can't deny how it looks.
All those walls were broken when I got there! All of them!
Oh, and the shop is about to change just a little bit. To be clear, three players each need to pay nine points to form the Justice League. The individual cost to a player is nine points, collectively, twenty-seven points must be paid.
And now, if you receive an anonymous message from a player, you may send a message back to the anonymous player for a two point cost.

This all falls apart though - if the vote had tied, like I attempted, Mop it up still would have died, regardless. I wasn't trying to sway the vote from her, I was trying to get a second person off'd to increase the chances of not blowing it all on the first day like usually happens in mafia when someone starts a bandwagon on the first (or second) day and kills a townie for no reason.

So, I'd like to ask/suggest that anyone who's playing with their status set to hidden, unhide themselves for the game so that us moderators can't cheat and see more information than others...

No. And I would hope that if there was some way of doing so (well, in theory, we could go in, change your password, then get into your account, but then you'd know something was wrong in that your password was changed), we wouldn't do that.
But observing the Who's Online list seems to be a pretty common tactic (personally, I don't find it very useful... but, meh...) so I wanted to point that out.

Doesn't work stevey - Mop it up was one of the two that would have been voted out in a tie - which has already been established to not be a townie.
Granted, there are other possibilities (hoping to use the bring-someone-back-to-life ring, we're in opposite mafias and it was pure dumb luck, I'm the serial killer, etc...) but, in this specific case, your thought process doesn't work...
