And that's about all we know.

Pandora's Tower, a new game for Wii from Nintendo, was announced at a Nintendo investors meeting in Japan today.
A teaser site has been opened, with the following mysterious words:
Pandora's Tower
Until I Return to Where You Are
Who's happier? The person who dies beautiful or the person that lives ugly?
Scheduled for Release Spring 2011
Not much else was said about the title, other than that it is nearly finished and will release in Spring in Japan. The company plans to gradually release more information about it over the next couple months.
Yeah, considering Nintendo's track record for giving the US games on the Wii, I'm not holding my breath either.
Worried about a game drought for 2011 Nintendo? What about the following games?
Project H.A.M.M.E.R.
Disaster Day of Crisis
Fatal Frame IV
Trace Memory Wii
Cosmic Walker
Zangeki no Reginleiv
Cosmic Walker has never been canceled (they haven't mentioned the game in a long time, but officially it is still under development).

Considering it's development studio Gaia has fallen off the face of the Earth and Nintendo has removed Cosmic Walker from their upcoming games for a while now, it's pretty safe to say the game has been canceled *unofficially*.
Kinda like NWR Features.
I think it is rather sad that there is an immediate assumption that this game will not come to the US. We don't know who is making this game or what it is about or what type of game it is but we make the assumption just the same because of a recent pattern of games not being translated. Come on, Nintendo, you should not have this sort of reputation!
Remember when Nintendo localized Advance Wars and Fire Emblem after years of them being Japan-only? That's the sort of Nintendo I want to see.
if this game is a first-party developed game, than it's most likely coming to the West.

If but that were the case, but that hasn't always been true.
Regardless, we don't know the developer but it is likely that Monolith is behind this title.

I doubt that monolith soft or mistwalker are working on this game. Satoru Iwata announced this game at a financial meeting with the executive of both monolith soft and mistwalker. Satoru said the they (As in Nintendo) have been working on this game. Xenoblade has been confirmed to come to the west (Also announce at the Nintendo financial meeting). And that's a first party game.

You have a few details incorrect.
Xenoblade isn't "confirmed to come to the west." Monado showed up on the release list as "TBA" for North America. It has been on these lists, for North America, for quite a long time. As of yet, nothing has come of it.
Monolith Soft is OWNED by Nintendo. So if Monolith Soft is making it then Nintendo is making it.
