I was just telling Ty over AIM ... I remember back when I made some of those. I did ultra-closeups on the characters faces, and made the names kind of clever, because Nintendo was suing any site using Nintendo imagery or the name "Nintendo" in the site.
My, how times have changed.

If somebody wants an icon hosted, reply/email/message/AIM me and I can get it up on my webspace as long as I have bandwidth to spare.

Another way to get icon hosting is use some of the forums that let you upload an avatar and then link back to it. Make sure it's okay with the administrators at the other forums, however, some don't like the bandwidth being used.

This is probably a stupid question, but how do you put avatars from your computer onto the message boards? I see how it has a space for a website, but what about the computer?

You have to upload it to a hosting site, then put the url in the place where it asks for a URL. Oh yeah, i can make avatars and i wana make some but no one i know need any, so if anyone wants to private msg me with a link to a picture, i'd be more than happy to make you an avatar.

Everyone doesn't use the same color theme for the forum....So why not just actually make the background transparent like my sweet Link knight avatar? Oh btw I fixed my avatar now link has the sword in his left hand like he is supposed to since he is left handed
