And Yet It Moves, the platformer from indie developer Broken Rules, is set to come out on August 23 according to a listing on Nintendo's web site.
While it isn't 100 percent official, the late August release is extremely likely, especially after the release date of recent WiiWare release Dive: The Medes Island Secret was leaked in the same manner.
And Yet It Moves is a physics-based platformer where you can rotate the paper world around you. It features more than 20 levels, as well as a competitive play modes.
