And by high stakes, I mean that when you die you get banned from the forums permanently until the game is over.

Can we make participation mandatory? Anyone not in the game is banned in the first night. At the game's end Aaron locks the site registration and the winner wins sole possession of NWR forums.

Hmm, maybe I should make a game called High Stakes Funhouse Survivor.
I'll have to come up with some rules, but essentially you start with a group of volunteers. If you get voted out you can never post in the funhouse again! If you become the sole survivor you are a funhouse moderator. =P
