Nintendo announced today that a third DSi XL color scheme will be released in North America, "Midnight Blue." This new color joins "Burgundy" and "Bronze" (black) on July 11, 2010.
"Midnight Blue" is the same color as the recently announced Japanese "Blue" DSi XL (known as the DSi LL in Japan). It, as well as "Green" and "Yellow", will be available in Japan this month and come with a price drop.
Unlike Japan, the release of the Midnight Blue DSi XL will not be accompanied with a price cut; the price for DSi XL will remain $189.99.
