The sad thing is that I didn't even notice it at first until I saw her copy my exact post in a thread and realize it was my post!

This is the funnest thing I saw all day. I was checking through my PMs just now and it shows that EasyCure as the sender of some PMs to me when it was Mop it up that sent those specific PMs. Also if you click on the Mop it up in this topic username it shows that the gender and location is the same. Pale I don't think anything has changed for you since you still have mod powers. You did lock that topic in Nintendo Console. The only way I figure you could not be Pale is that someone changed your profile info and gave you mod powers if you were a regular member and not the real Pale.
As far as other April Fools jokes there was the Mass Effect topic in Nintendo Console. 1up did a Pokemon Kart for Wii. On Gamefaqs there was multiple topics about certain games coming to Wii or the Virtual Console which really wasn't likely. There was even one about Miyamoto dieing of AIDS which is not funny at all.

Can't you look in the moderation log to see who is behind this?
Edit:Well it looks like Pale Zer0 is Vudu. My only guess is that vudu changed his user name to make it look like he isn't responsible.

especially if no one was allowed to reveal who they really were, now you wouldn't know who to be skeptical of and you really have to pay attention to posting patterns to figure out who is really who.

I actually do have to quote it since I am on my Wii.

More confusing user name fun! I was just looking through my PMs to see if I had any PMs from the real Shyguy and I do. However the username besides the PMs are Stratos. The PMs I am talking about are ShyGuys idea about that triple A Mafia idea. He asked if it could be posted in the Mafia forum without mod powers and I said that it couldn't so he posted it in the funhouse.It wasn't a signup thread or anything it was just an idea to make the opening post more clear and better looking.
So the "Shyguy" up there is someone else. Oh Mop it up this is Maxi. Me and GP got our names switched.

It seems that the majority of the names are back to normal except mine and IanSane. Mine if you haven't noticed is spelled wrong and Ian still has BillAurion as his name. Some mod correct this please.

The only way I picked something was wrong was the quote pyramids retain the real posters name. Then funnily enough I came straight to the funhouse and viola, all was revealed. It was a good gag.
