When i got it for PC, I beat it in 3 days. It was a really fun 3 days, but it's still 3 days. Just a little too short if you ask me.

I rented this yesterday.
I think the concept is great, but the execution of this game is extremely lacking. I am shocked it actually got console game of the year.
I love stealth type games and love what this one has tried to do but at the same time it seems to be lacking certain things just enough to keep this game from just being amazingly fun.
As much as I had planned on buying it as soon as it came out, so far I am very glad I only rented it.

i dont think it will sell very well on gamecube! its a great game, and we all ask for more mature titles, but wen it all comes down to it, we dont buy those type of titles if you are a hardcore nintendo fan

I would buy it if I had the money, but guess what? I can't even rent it. I live in a big massive city with Blockbusters and Hollywood videos. No Hollywood videos have Splinter Cell on their shelves. They've got a very nice selection of Gamecube games, but no Splinter Cell. Blockbuster? They got one copy.... one lousy stinking copy... and it wasn't in at the moment. It'll be back on the 26th...

I try to buy things when at all possible. I find it becomes a little expensive if everyone in my family wants a shot at a Game. I will be getting the game. I would like to try the connectivity.

Actually, I have had my eye on the game for a long time, and I passed up the PC version for the GameCube version. I would buy it if I had the money.

I just recently purchased the game, and am glad I did. Its one of the best ports I have seen in a while. 99% of the time, and the game turns out best for the console it was designed for, and this time its no differant, but considering how well it turned out, says alot. Its a pretty game 90% of the time, runs fairly smooth (occasional slowdown and framerate drops), and the gameplay has stayed intact. From what I can tell, the experience has made the transition. The game might not be quite as polished as the one for X-box, but still turned out extremely well. You wont be needing an X-box to get the experience that Splinter Cell has to offer.
