Developed by Climax Studios, Konami's re-imagining of the series will be a timed Wii exclusive in the wake of the delay. Currently, the PlayStation 2 and PSP versions are slated for early 2010.
The game stars Harry Mason, an amnesiac father looking for his daughter. This time around, Harry will not be able to use any weapons, and he'll also have to deal with a dynamic psych profile system. Player's actions will modify the game dynamically as they journey through the monster-inhabited town of Silent Hill.
I'm definitely keeping my eyes on the reviews for this one. I have a pre-order, but the fact that we've heard next to nothing about this game from Konami in months makes me think they didn't put their full effort behind this one.

Because on Wii if a 3rd party doesn't market or push a game heavily it will obviously suck.
