Well it's not new anymore since he said something about it a while ago before he started disappearing from the forums. I think he works at a software company. Which kind of software I don't know.

The real reason is because if they are caught having enough free time to post on the forums regularly, then they obviously have enough free time to do a review, preview, editorial or any number of other site related duties.

They don't post because once you become staff you're required to keep up tradition..

That tradition just has to be not posting/being a jerk.
