Title: New Bowling Accessory
Post by: Snipper64 on June 22, 2009, 11:37:10 AM
Well, I looked around, but did not see anyone post this yet, so here it goes...
Here is the CTA Digital’s Wii Bowling Ball for "wii bowling".... There has been allot of stuff for wii that I just looked at, and saw wow (Such as the Rabbids Plunger wii gun), here is one of my favorites... (http://cds025.dc1.hwcdn.net/m9z2g8u7/cds/media/global/images/galleries/display/58/58064.jpg?doppl=1db4153c578bb27957dbb22912cb0a0757dbb26a&dopsig=9433bf329f6ea5872d116978ddeaba0c)
If you thought the wiimote broke allot of TVs, then what you think this will do?!
:o

That's pretty neat. I wonder how much it weighs?

What I wonder the most, is how do you grip it? It does not have any visible holes... besides that safety strap, what is holding it to you hand? Unless it is small enough to get a good grip.
Maxi has a good point, do you think they would add some weight to make it feel realistic?

Do you block its lasers with your Light Sabre(TM)?

Hmm maybe the grips are on the side of the pic that we can't see.

I wonder if Nintendo will start issue-ing out industrial-size wrist straps to deal with the sudden rise of grannies blowing our their TVs in Wii Sports with their new "bowling balls". Then maybe there will be a rubber sack the ball can go into to deal with sweaty palms. The possibliities are endless!
Seriously, what do they think is going to happen when you make the Wii Remote harder to hold properly with an audience that already allegedly couldn't handle it properly?

I want more pictures with different angles and someone holding it.

Well it's made by CTA Digital, so you're not going to get any.

The real question is how long until unclebob owns four of these?

It isn't a matter of how long, it's a matter of whut.

I'd love to hear the conversation of the insurance claim when this thing goes sailing through the television.
"I threw a bowling ball at it!"
It'd be funny if insurance companies created new policies for Wii-related incidents...

Generally, this is the type of third party crap I avoid.
