Second screen is HAWT.
But seriously, like I said in the other thread, this only makes sense.

When I was poking around on IGN yesterday that was the first shot of the game I saw. Kinda odd. Though is does make me wonder: will there be gameplay outside of the OR? There are action icons on that screen like you actually get to perform the checkups on patients to determine a diagnosis. That's an interesting expansion.

Good eye, NovaQ. I missed the diagnostician note in the original article.
I have no idea what time it is right now for me. I've been on a graveyard schedule wher eI go to bed in the morning hours but my boss put me on day shifts this week so I had to get up around the time I go to bed. I didn't get much sleep because of it. I guess it's technically almost my bed time. :-\ I have to miss the Nintendo press conference :'(
No! I HAVE to see it all now, or else I'll have more than twice as much to go through tomorrow! And tomorrow is Nintendo's day!
