I don't get all this iTunes bashing, I've never had a problem with it, I love it and couldn't live without it. I hope that doesn't sound as much like I'm an Apple plant as it does in my head.

Why does everything apple make have to be awful, like QuickTime.

What's wrong with QuickTime that can't be fixed with the Perian plug-in?

That's funny because I pull mine out early all the time and I've never had issues like that before.

But I do drop mine a lot and now my laptop can't detect it after a recent nasty fall onto pavement. Though it could be the computers usb drives since it can't read one of my mice anymore.

Steve Jobs wanted the iPod to explode and kill the user for not following directions, but the last two surviving QA testers talked him down to just destroying the iPod itself.

i synced my ipod up last night for the first time in months..

i was weary because i might have hat stupid worm thing that was going around (havent gotten around to reformating) and i wasnt sure if it would/could affect anything. To my surprise:

a. My ipod didn't freeze up when i connected the usb cable
b. Itunes didn't freeze up trying to read my ipod
c. all the new songs i wanted to sync up went on fine

but.. "ipod 'easycure's' could not sync up the following songs (100+) because they could not be found" as usual.

Son of a bitch.

If he wasn't, wouldn't the issue be pulling it out too late?

Because I don't want my media players to make themselves the defualt viewer for my tax records.

Don't you hate it when that happens? Programs are always hijacking my file type defaults behind my back. I am convinced Windows Media Viewer and iTunes are at war, QuickTime and iTunes are not at speaking terms and any website or item online I try to save is convinced it is a Starcraft World Editor file. I change them but they just go back over time without my permission even though I thought I set them to not auto retake file types. And for whatever reason iTunes was forbidden from being my default music player for nearly a year.
