to laugh at a drunk mentally challenged person?

I only ask because I did......uncontrollably and I don't know whether to feel bad or not.

My friend has BiPolar and I laugh the **** out of the stupid **** he does.

Just tonight he wiped his cock over the main tlaker at my friends 21st speech. The guy is the best.
