Title: I love how convenient Blu Ray is.
Post by: RABicle on December 12, 2008, 10:13:01 AM
Now I don't have to switch discs. Instead I can joke with Otacon while he installs the next cutscene.

I have to say, I laughed really hard when I saw that the Wall-E special edition Blu-Ray comes on three discs! So you still have to change them!

Well considering all the other Mario topics got locked, I guess I'll have to post here. Anyways, what's with the watched checkmark under Mario's name? I guess the staff like him so much they want to see everything he posts as soon as possible. I wish I was so popular.
Unfortunately, no wants to play with me. I joined the WiFi night and no played with me. I could have played alone but eveyone knows Warhawk is online only. In the end, I slashed my wrists and played need for speed to the hospital with HD graphics.

Well i originally just warned him and found that feature of the forums.. but when he kept going he got temp banned.
So yeah, it's a moderation feature I'm still trying to fully understand, but assuming it's good, I'm going to get everyone to start using it.

They're selling packs containing tons of games on one BRD for the PC here, I have no idea why they're doing that though. Is there some moneyhat you can get for releasing something on BRD?

The third disc is actually a digital copy of the film, so you can play it on Windows Media Player or iTunes.
But I agree, its silly how one of the things Sony promotes about Blu-Ray is a lot of disc space for deeper bonus features, yet struggle to fill the first disc with the film. Or the exclusive Blu-Ray features are mainly short extra videos that could have been added on the DVD.

Seriously. Where is this check-marked-watch? I even turned off Adblock, thinking that maybe that was the reason I couldn't see it, but I still see nothing.

Notice the computer screen next to the offline online bit. Now spot the diffrence between Mario or Khush's and your own.

I still have no idea what you're talking about. Mario and Khush's show that they are offline and I'm obviously online, but that's all I see.
There! Now do you kind of see? Underneath Mario's avatar is a green checkmark that says watched. That's all I was commenting on.

So now there are different features for the board depending on which theme you use? Talk about broken.

That's only because there's just one correct theme.

i didnt even know there was a theme change. unless i changed it back to the original after the forum software overhaul. I'll stick with the traditional theme for now.

Should be using [hard]CORE theme.

the [hard]CORE theme looks a lil casual to me. thats why i'm sticking with the traditional nintendo (world report) theme (oldskool is so hardcore)

I switched to hardcore to see what the fuss was about and now there's no
Nintendo World Report Forums > Community Forums > Hungry Hungry Hippo Strategy Forum etc
text links at the bottom of every thread so i have to use the drop menu. a fate worse than death
