I certainly DOES look like Doom.

It looks a lot like playing Quake at a low resolution with software rendering to me, though the enemy movement is very Doomish.  Quite nostalgic.  I'm interested, but I don't know if I could actually enjoy an FPS on the DS.

I wonder why they haven't (officially) ported Doom and Wolfenstein to the DS. I've played the homebrew ports, and they work extremely well.

Cause they ported Doom to the GBA already?

They ported Doom and Doom 2 and Wolfenstein 3D to the GBA.

I know that.

That makes it even stranger that they still haven't ported them to the DS.

Didn't id say that they were going to port some verision of Quake to the DS with online play, but they were going to be stupid and force Doom controls instead of letting people use the touch screen.
